About Dr. Kadakia, MD

Rupin Kadakia MD, FACC, is a cardiologist at Heart Care Center of Northwest Houston providing cardiac services for people living in the Methodist Willowbrook area of Houston, and North Cypress, Texas. He is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center and Houston Methodist Hospital. 

Dr. Kadakia received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, and has been in practice for 20 years. He completed his internship in internal medicine at Loyola University in Maywood, Illinois. He then completed an internal medicine residency at the same institution. Dr. Kadakia rounded out his medical training with a cardiology fellowship at the Heart and Vascular Institute at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, where he also completed an interventional cardiology fellowship. 

Dr. Kadakia is board-certified in cardiology, interventional cardiology, and internal medicine. He has special training and interest in the non-surgical treatment of peripheral vascular disease.
